Senior associates continually review the progress of every case while support staff are utilized to reduce the cost involved with litigation. The result is a virtually unbeatable team. Our dedication and ability to succeed within a reasonable budget has lead to the longevity of many of the firm's clients. Remaining efficient and cost-effective is a key priority and part of our promise to provide the highest legal standards. We work with each client individually to develop a billing arrangement that best suits their needs. Hourly billing is our traditional method; however, alternative billing arrangements are also available such as flat-fee and contingent arrangements depending on the type of case. All of the firm’s attorneys and support staff are sensitive to the cost of litigation and therefore work efficiently to resolve legal issues. In an effort to reduce fees, we utilize paralegals, clerks and associates whenever possible. While principals monitor every case, they are only utilized and billed when necessary (i.e. trial, settlements, depositions, strategic developments, etc.) Unlike some firms, who prolong litigation, bill for unnecessary work or use high rate lawyers to increase the bill, Chapman And Associates strive to reduce the cost of litigation. We do not bill for administrative services and do not inflate the cost of expenses incurred. We have developed longstanding relationships with third party vendors to ensure we receive the most favorable pricing structure for our clients.
