Civil Rights Defense Being sued for an alleged violation of a citizen's civil rights is a personal and professional hardship which goes beyond the lawsuit itself. Additionally, we represent the providers of over fifty percent of the private corrections health care market in Michigan. Our presence in Florida is smaller but growing. The vast majority of claims handled by Chapman And Associates end in dismissal prior to or at the close of discovery.
